Countstar Mira FL Cell counter - how to export your data

The whole process requires some in person interventions which can be done by any lab user.

Preparing the Countstar Mira FL

Check that the device is on its dedicated wireless network.

Click on the icon for system settings.

Check the status next to internet connection & click on the status if it says 'No connect' (I hope it's an abbreviation of 'no connection')

Turn on the toggle to turn on the WiFi of the device and tap on the < symbol to return to the previous status screen.



Exporting data from the Countstar Mira FL

Make sure the device is powered on.

Click on the 'Data' icon on the main user interface of the Countstar Mira FL

Select the assay, select the sample, and click on 'Export'.

Select which data option you need and select 'SMB' for the export

Wait for the export to be completed.
( IP address in image may differ from miDiagnostics' setup.



Data location on the lab computer

The data should have been exported to C:\miDx_lab_data\Countstar on the lab computer.
The miDx_lab_data folder is set up to upload it's data (1-way only) to the NAS-001.

The location on the NAS-001 is set up for /BIO-LAB1_PROD-MiDx00737-01-01250/Countstar


Notes
A change in the way the data is exported was made on 11 Apr 2024 which also introduced a different folder structure.
This is the reason of the folder pre-11-Apr-2024_Data.
